Brain signals can be obtained by many acquisition devices (for example, EEG and MEG). Using the features extracted from those signals, brain researchers can predict which brain location and oscillation is related to specific human behavior. Various signal processing skills are required to extract target features from brain signals.
Brain modeling includes 1) Neuronal network modeling, 2) Sleep Mechanism modeling, and 3) Alzheimer’s disease progress modeling. These methods help us with understanding specific mechanism for brain activities.
The final goal is to understand the mechanism on how brain functionality is working and changing for the injected current stimulation. This is very useful to develop the best reasonable brain cortical stimulation technique.
